The home features two comfortable bedrooms and an additional sofa bed in the living area, which can be closed off separately for extra privacy thanks to a curtain. Ideal for families or small groups, the open kitchen is fully equipped with a bar, gas stove, refrigerator and freezer - perfect for preparing delicious meals together and entertaining after-dinner guests. In the cozy living area, the pellet stove provides a warm and cozy ambiance all year round, and the house also features a new, modern bathroom with all modern conveniences. Outside you can relax in the hot tub - the ideal place to unwind after an active day. In the garden you will find a cozy terrace with lounge and barbecue, where you can fully enjoy long summer evenings. At the front of the house there is also a covered terrace, ideal for sitting outside even when the weather is not so good.

The vacation home is located in a wooded and idyllic area, where peace and nature are central. Located on a rock, you will enjoy a unique view of a small, quiet railroad that meanders charmingly through the landscape. In the immediate vicinity you will find beautiful hiking trails along babbling rivers and through vast forests. A stone's throw away is the beautiful Lac de l'Eau d'Heure, ideal for nature experiences and waterfront relaxation. The historic towns of Philippeville and Walcourt are also nearby. They offer a rich history, charming streets and numerous cozy restaurants where you can enjoy delicious local dishes. A perfect base for those who love nature, peace and culture.
