Inside you will find a compact but complete layout: a living/sleeping area with a double bed and a seating area for two people. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction cooktop and a refrigerator with freezer - everything you need to prepare a simple meal. The luxurious bathroom has underfloor heating, a shower, sink and toilet. The studio is heated and cooled with air conditioning, so it is always pleasant to stay.

Welcome to our cozy studio in the vast polder between Kerkwerve and Scharendijke. From the studio you can enjoy a free and panoramic view. You can park right next to the studio. Outside there is a cozy terrace with seating. Around the terrace we will plant green plants in the coming period, so that when you open the doors you can always enjoy a green view.
