In the surrounding garden, there is a private swimming pool and solarium, from which you can admire a breathtaking view of the valley (Valdichiana). The "veranda" is ideal for enjoying a rich and tasty breakfast, or for immersing yourself in reading a good book.

This naturehouse represents an ideal location for countless excursions, to discover villages, castles, abbeys, hermitages, etc. Nearby: Arezzo, Lake Trasimeno, Perugia, Assisi, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, Siena and Florence. It is possible to go for walks or mountain bike rides or practice sports, such as horse riding, tennis, golf and more. After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:

• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
- Out of respect for nature: silence between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM.

- No parties or events are allowed.
- This nature house is not suitable for groups of young people, students and sports teams.
