Only per week for rent: Guest house, quietly situated at the intersection of old dirt roads between Vorden 4.3 km and Lochem 7.2 km in the middle of nature. The guest house is HR++ insulated, vv. cv, own front door and spacious hall. The living room has patio doors (private terrace on SW) & complete kitchen with hot & cold water, kitchen utensils, hood, refrigerator, microwave oven & dishwasher. Large bedroom with 2-p. Bed 160x200 cm (comforter 200x200), terrace doors and round work table. Extra study with 1-p. bed 80x200 cm if guests like to sleep separately. Toilet (with toilet shower) and fountain next to bathroom (with sink and spacious shower). Utility room with washer & dryer, freezer, and cleaning supplies. Bed linen & towels bring your own or available for a fee. Smoking/open fire inside & outside not allowed, as well as pets due to allergies and not to disturb wildlife; TV via Wifi
Nature and surroundings
The Grote Veld is a historical moorland landscape of 420 ha and offers an oasis of peace in the Achterhoek: around Deurnink live owls, deer, foxes, bats and many species of (predatory) birds. From the guest house your walk / bike ride starts right in their habitat, and you can join the many cycling and hiking routes (including Central Netherlands route and Pieterpad) that pass through here. In summer swimming in swimming and recreation pool "in the Pines" 3 km or in bad weather in indoor pool "The Meadow" 6 km. Or canoeing on the Berkel, or horseback riding in nature, or at 2 km the Lochem Golf Club with 18 holes. And Vorden has 8 castles (some of which can also be visited), train station, bike rental, fine dining (including Hotel Bakker) and terraces. Visit the town of Lochem 7 km, or Hanseatic city Zutphen 11 km, or MORE museum in Gorssel.
