Nature and surroundings
Charming gîte with breathtaking views. Trails on the doorstep. Come to Le Haut Pré to enjoy hiking in the mountains, on the thatches, in the forest or in a nature reserve. The gîte is in a small valley dedicated to grazing, in the Parc Naturel Régional des Ballons des Hautes Vosges. The nearest farms are organic, one with dairy cows, the other with goat cheese and local beef. Numerous hiking trails, some of which pass through the gîtes, situated at 670 m altitude. The summit of La Colline (890m) offers an unobstructed view, with a chalet open to hikers, a take-off site for paragliders, peat bogs (biotope reserves) and beautiful forests.
