On the beautiful island of Schouwen Duiveland, about 6 kilometers from the monumental town of Zierikzee, hidden in the back of our old orchard, stands this fine Tiny house. Bordering wide fields and nature reserve, it is completely surrounded by greenery. It is a wonderfully light and cozy little house. Built with love by our friends Tim and Els. The simple kitchen has 2 burner stove and refrigerator. A large double high sleeper bed. A wood stove including wood, which warmed up the cottage in no time. There is a dining table you can sit at for two and you can also fold it down for more space. The bathroom is under the sleeping area and you have to go outside for that. There is a hot shower, sink and composting toilet. While you are in the shower, you can look into the nature reserve. Bicycles are available. A rare quiet place in the green, where you can retreat completely. Be welcome.

Schouwen Duiveland is a beautiful island for biking and hiking. There are winding dikes and picturesque villages, dunes, forest and beaches. About six kilometers from our cottage is Zierikzee. A beautiful monumental small town with nice stores and cozy cafes and restaurants. In Noordgouwe, about three kilometers from us, is an organic nursery where you can do your shopping. And at Ouwerkerk is the Watersnoodmuseum with a nice cafe on the Oosterschelde. There are numerous beautiful beaches and dunes on the island. Schouwen Duiveland is a real vacation island. And this nature house is a lovely quiet base to explore the island at your leisure from.

We were received hospitably by the owners, they think with you and have a big heart for the cottage and the environment.
We werden gastvriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaren, ze denken met je mee en hebben een groot hart voor het huisje en de omgeving.
