Our cottage was built in the former stable of the farm and has become a beautiful guesthouse, suitable for 5 people. More persons is possible after consultation. The house is separate from a small campsite. You enter in the living room, from where you have a beautiful view over the valley. The room has a laminate floor and the furnishings include a sitting area, a TV with Dutch channels and a wood stove. From the living room you enter the fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a 4-burner stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer and a coffee maker. Crockery, cutlery and pans are provided. There is also a bedroom downstairs with a double bed of 1.40 x 2.00 meters. The bathroom has a shower and sink. Toilet is separate.The staircase in the living room leads to the upper floor, where there are 2 bedrooms and a sink with toilet.In high season, rent per whole week, starting on Saturday.
Nature and surroundings
In the middle of the Morvan, at 650 m altitude at the end of the road, this vacation house is located in a small hamlet. Opposite us is a farm with cows, the farm is not inhabited. Furthermore, there are 2 houses in this hamlet. Near the hangar is our large vegetable garden, from which you can buy vegetables. On our property there are 2 Connemara ponies that can be ridden under supervision in the woods or in our own riding arena. At 5 minutes walk from the cottage is a pond where you can swim. From the campsite you can walk into the forest. The Morvan is a beautiful hiking area, but also offers plenty of opportunities for mountain biking. The Lac des Settons is 3 km away. Here you can swim, go supping, canoeing, pedal boating and take a trip on a tour boat. Upon arrival you will be given a folder containing various excursions. To Vezelay, Chateau Neuf, Dijon and more museums and natural areas.
