We look forward to welcoming you here to Assarts, a hidden gem in the midst of the peace and beauty of the French countryside. For us, this is a place of reflection, where time seems to slow down and the days are marked by the gentle rustling of the wind through the tall shady trees and the singing of many birds. This is a charming country house, surrounded by a large garden that flows boundlessly into a beautiful nature with wide vistas, far away from the crowds. Here it is non-tourism, silence is the most beautiful sound. Our house has a spacious living room, separate dining room and luxury kitchen. It has two bedrooms upstairs. There are two bathrooms.Both bedrooms have a double bed and each has an additional single bed.We hope you will feel at home here and that this will be a place where you can relax, recharge and enjoy the simple beauty around you.

For water sports enthusiasts, Etang de Baye, Lac de Pannecière and Lac des Settons (Morvan) are nearby: ideal for sailing, canoeing or a refreshing swim. Burgundian Living Taste the region in the famous wineries of Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé. Visit lively local markets and flea markets in villages like Corbigny for fresh local products. End the day in one of the many authentic restaurants nearby.
