We had a wonderful weekend at Chalet Maura! There aren’t any photos of several rooms on the website, so we were a little nervous about what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised! The chalet is fully equipped (pots, pans, basic supplies), and the areas not shown in the photos were also very neat. Better than we’d expected. It was clean and cozily decorated. The chalet has a gorgeous loft with a cozy play area for kids. Highly recommended!

    Nature, peace & environment: 5 /5

Beautiful surroundings! There are lovely hiking trails nearby. Bring your binoculars so you can enjoy birdwatching from the chalet.

The cottage is just fine, and so is the surrounding area. You can go for walks and bike rides right from the cottage, though you’ll have to walk through a small village for about 5 minutes first.

    Nature, peace & environment: 4 /5

A lovely little cottage. We were able to handle a few very hot days just fine, and the surrounding area had a lot to offer.

What does “Fireworks-free” mean?
The host indicates that the area is firework-free. Firework-free means that no firework bangs can be heard in and around the accommodation. You might occasionally hear some noise or see some light from fireworks set off outside the immediate area. It is important that you agree with the landlord on what you can expect.
