Looking for a romantic and private place in the Dordogne, with friends or with a family, this 18th-century vacation farmhouse is located in an enchanting setting, high above the rolling French countryside. Experience the classic atmosphere with stone walls, the very spacious living room and above all a huge outdoor space with all the privacy. Soak up the sun on the sun loungers by the private pool overlooking and over the hills and dine al fresco on the stone terrace overlooking the extensive gardens. Sun by the pool during the day, starry skies at night; time almost seems to stand still.The large swimming pool (12 x 5) in the huge garden of vacation home Laperletta is the jewel of this property as it gives fantastic views over the hills of the Dordogne... enjoy nature as it should be and relax with a good book by the pool. Next to the pool is a pool house containing a shower and toilet.
Nature and surroundings
The beautiful village of Saint Pompont is just 5 minutes from your vacation home where there are several restaurants and stores. Within 10 to 15 minutes' drive you can choose between Domme and La Roque-Gageac on the banks of the Dordogne River, ideal for canoeing, kayaking and boat trips, or the honey-colored houses of historic Gourdon. There is so much to explore, from prehistoric caves and pretty market towns to impressive gardens and iconic French castles, not to mention the wealth of picturesque villages and vineyards scattered across the Dordogne and Lot countryside in southwestern France.
