In a great place, in the heart of the Périgord Noir, stands this characteristic and romantic vacation home. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet with your loved one and/or your family in a historic setting. Special about this place is the garden with its private pool and the great view from the terrace. Can you see yourself sitting here already, enjoying a relaxed breakfast with fresh croissants and delicious strong French coffee? Or on a warm summer evening with a glass of wine, by candlelight, watching the starry sky? The house has two floors with a total of four bedrooms, one bedroom with a large double bed on the ground floor. Upstairs are 3 more large bedrooms all with two single beds, two of which have air conditioning (on request, one bedroom can be covered as a double bed). Upstairs there is a bathroom with bath and toilet and downstairs a beautiful new bathroom with shower with separate toilet.
Nature and surroundings
The large, gently sloping garden with lawn invites you to relax, either in the sun or in the shade under one of the beautiful old trees, while the children have fun in the lovely large private pool of 10 x 5 m. The surroundings of this vacation home are also truly beautiful! It is ideally located in the Périgord Noir, with the town of Sarlat as its shining center. The many sights and tourist attractions in this area are nearby and well worth a visit, such as the Caves of Lascaux, Château de Castelnaud, Le Village du Bournat and the famous Jardins et Château de Marqueyssac. Less than 8 km away is the picturesque town of Souillac. Ideal for swimming or canoeing is the Dordogne River.
