Our beautiful vacation home is located just across the border (Germany) in the beautiful village of Uelsen. Bedroom 1 has an electric double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m). Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed (1.40 x 1.85m) and a bed above it (0.90 x 1.85m). Please note the length of the beds. There is also a high chair available. Are you sweet, neat people looking for a nice vacation week or maybe vacation weeks? Do you want to completely unwind in a clean cottage with all kinds of amenities; get in touch soon! Air conditioning, dishwasher, microwave, TV, WIFI etc; it's all there. From towels/ tea towels to bedding; you don't need to bring anything from home. The beds are made upon arrival so you can immediately enjoy your well deserved rest. Pets are not allowed; sorry! No arrival or departure on Sundays.
Nature and surroundings
The cottage is located in the countryside with within walking distance the swimming pool (indoor and outdoor), a very large playground, the Bronzezezeithof, all kinds of beautiful hiking and biking trails; too many to mention. You can enjoy all the beauty in Germany but also across the border to the Netherlands (about 10 minutes). Tubbergen, Ootmarsum, Hardenberg, Almelo; Twente is beautiful! Also for children there is a lot to do; the Waarbeek, Morskieft, Monkeytown, Tierpark Nordhorn, Crocky; a week is actually too short! Uelsen itself is very touristy: several supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl, Combi, K + K etc). There are also several eateries, a tourist office and a super nice thrift store.
