Welcome to The Golden Deer. A place where you can hear birds singing and chirping, or the woodpecker tapping. At night, peace reigns supreme. Our detached bungalow is located in a small and quiet park, directly at the edge of the forest. The enclosed garden offers privacy, with terrace, BBQ and garden fireplace for long evenings outside. No crowds, no facilities at the park - just nature, silence and space. Those looking for a little more entertainment can find all sorts of things nearby. For us, this luxury cottage represents a synergy between nature and convenience. There is room for 4 people (max. 5). Ideal for peace seekers, couples and small families who want to unwind.
Nature and surroundings
What I personally love about Krachtighuizen is that nature starts right here. You walk out the door and you're actually already among the trees. No fuss, no crowds. Just peace - the woods here feel old and quiet. Narrow paths, a little winding, sometimes with sunlight falling so beautifully between them. When you walk there, you automatically slow down. Not far from here are the Speulder and Sprielder forests. Those are really special places, with those winding trees and moss on the ground. It has something soothing, almost magical. And if you go a little further, you find yourself in a completely different landscape. Heathlands, open areas, sometimes sand drifts. The surroundings of Putten, Garderen and Ermelo are also just fine. Beautiful routes, small villages, places where you stop for coffee and then continue. Yes for me it is the ideal mix between nothing at all and a bit of comfort.
