The house overlooks the vast landscape of Le Marche and Cupramontana, the capital of the Verdicchio wine region. It is an ideal place to unwind. There is a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, four-burner stove, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The living room has a pellet stove that also heats the radiators. The sitting room has a wood stove. Upstairs are two bedrooms: in one a double bed and in the other two single beds. There is a bathroom with double sink and shower. From the terrace there is a view of the hills around Cupramontana with vineyards and olive groves. In the month of May the flower garden around the house is in full bloom.
Nature and surroundings
In the immediate vicinity are numerous opportunities for hiking and cycling. The house is about 5 km from the picturesque towns of Apiro and Cupramontana where there are restaurants, stores and weekly markets. Near Apiro is the reservoir Lago di Cingoli with swimming opportunities. Nearby are the impressive stalactite caves of Frasassi. A half-hour drive takes you to the mountains around Monte San Vicino. A forty-five minute drive takes you to the coast at Monte Conero with the beautiful sand and pebble beaches of Sirolo.
