Unwind in the middle of the forest (with everything included in the price!) A complete place to relax in the middle of nature. Many guests immediately experience a "wow" upon arrival: peace, space, privacy and greenery among tall trees. The modern furnished bungalow is located on a spacious lot in the forest. From the garden you can walk or cycle straight into nature. Inside you will find a bright living room with wood stove, comfortable sofa and TV, with a wide view of the large garden. Open the garden door and you will only hear the birds in silence. There is a bedroom with double bed and a bunk bed for additional guests. The open kitchen is complete with Nespresso, dishwasher and microwave oven, among other things. Bathroom with large walk-in shower. Bicycles can be safely stored. My name is Ruud, I make sure everything is neat and tidy so you can really relax here.
Nature and surroundings
The cottage is located in the Achterhoek: a quiet and green landscape with forests, meadows, wooded banks and winding roads. Hiking, cycling and mountain biking routes start directly from the cottage through woods and countryside. The area is also very rich in birds (more than 45 species), which makes the stay extra special. Use the bird app "Merlin Bird ID" and you will be amazed. Zelhem (±4 km) has stores and restaurants. Doetinchem (±10 km) offers city, catering and culture. The historic Doesburg and the small Bronckhorst are at ±20 km. Germany (including Bocholt) is also nearby and can be reached in just over half an hour's drive. An ideal base to combine rest and variety.
