Since 2026 I have been running this beautifully situated Agriturismo with 10 rooms. The view over the hills of Assisi is beautiful and the sunsets breathtaking. The Agriturismo is located on a quiet road and except for the sound of an occasional passing car or agricultural vehicle, it is quiet here. In clear weather the starry sky is beautiful. My goal is that people can unwind here and enjoy nature, the view and the pool. The rooms are simple, but comfortable. Each room has a private bathroom. There is one quadruple room and one single room. If desired, a delicious buffet breakfast is available in the morning. During the day, drinks are available at the bar. In less weather, there is a cozy living room where you can whip out a game or enjoy reading.
Nature and surroundings
Umbria's nature has an attractive ruggedness. Many Umbrians live close to nature. There are numerous ancient cities to explore within an hour's drive of the Agriturismo. Assisi (15 minutes) is Unesco world heritage and although touristy is still special. Perugia is a tough college town that plays 'hard to get' but once you discover its beauty will gain a place in your heart. Spoleto, Foligno, Montefalco, Todi, Orvieto ... the number of ancient towns is endless. Close by are the Monte Subasio. For those who want to go a little further, Monte Sibbilini are a must, especially when the plateau is in bloom. For those who want to seek the water, Lago di Trasimeno and Lago di Bolsena are within easy reach. The Adriatic coast is an hour and a half away. The Apennino Bike Tour passes by the Agriturismo.
