I’ve been running this beautifully situated agriturismo since 2026. The view over the hills of Assisi is stunning, and the sunsets are breathtaking. The Agriturismo is situated on a quiet road, and aside from the occasional passing car or farm vehicle, it’s peaceful here. On clear nights, the starry sky is magnificent. My hope is that guests can relax here and enjoy nature, the view, and the pool. The cottage is a studio apartment with a private entrance. Although it’s part of the Agriturismo, which has multiple rooms, it’s otherwise completely self-contained. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, electric kettle, and coffee maker. If desired, a delicious breakfast buffet is served in the morning at the Agriturismo. During the day, drinks are available at the bar. On days when the weather isn’t so great, there’s a cozy living room in the Agriturismo where you can pull a game off the shelf or enjoy a good book.
Nature and surroundings
Umbria’s natural landscape has an appealing ruggedness. Many Umbrians live close to nature. There are countless historic towns to explore within an hour’s drive of the agriturismo. Assisi (15 minutes) is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and, though touristy, still special. Perugia is a rugged college town that plays “hard to get,” but once you’ve discovered its beauty, it will win a place in your heart. Spello, Spoleto, Foligno, Montefalco, Todi, Orvieto… the list of historic towns is endless. Nearby is Mount Subasio. For those who want to venture a bit further, the Sibillini Mountains are a must-see, especially when the plateau is in bloom. For those looking to get out on the water, Lake Trasimeno and Lake Bolsena are easily accessible. The Adriatic coast is an hour and a half’s drive away. The Apennino Bike Tour passes right by the agriturismo.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €85.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.
