It was the wonderful view over the Viaur valley (Aveyron) that made us fall in love with this place. And it's always a pleasure to share all this beauty and serenity with you! Our eco-responsible guest house is an old stone barn with an authentic, rustic style. In this little green paradise, you'll be welcomed as friends, for a weekend, a few days, or longer if you feel like it. We offer you a large double room with shower and dry toilet (2 people) or a family suite that can accommodate up to 6 people (shower room and toilet not adjoining). Breakfast is included in the price, and we also offer vegetarian dinners and wellness massages (BY RESERVATION).
Nature and surroundings
Our house is the last of a small hamlet of only 5 (including 2 gîtes run by Dutch people). It overlooks the southern slopes of the beautiful Viaur valley, near Najac in Aveyron, in a 180° panorama of greenery with no overlooking. Numerous nature activities are easily accessible on site: hiking on the GR and footpaths, swimming in the Viaur at the bottom of the hill, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis, paragliding, climbing, via ferrata, canoeing, kayaking, fishing... Or more chic: hot-air ballooning! If you love old stones and historical heritage, the surrounding area also offers an impressive collection of "plus beaux villages de France" and "Grands sites de Midi Pyrénées": Laguépie (10 min), Cordes sur Ciel (20 min), Saint Antonin Noble Val (40 min), Monestiès (35 min), Villeneuve-d'Aveyron (40 min), or Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage site (50 minutes)... to name but a few!
