This nature house is an attractive 95m² farmhouse, and is rented as an Adult Only vacation home for up to 4 people and 2 dogs are welcome. All rooms are on the ground floor. In the house there is a step down to the bathroom and toilet.^ The spacious living room has a fireplace and wood stove and a modern equipped kitchen. There is a dishwasher, large 5 burner gas stove with electric oven, a fridge freezer, a microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine.Through a step down you get to the private covered terrace, at the rear of the cottage, with a beautiful view of the valley.^ There are 2 bedrooms, each with a bed of 160x200cm with separate mattresses and comforters. There is plenty of storage space in the bedroom. The beds are made when you arrive. There is a wardrobe in the hall. A step down leads to the large bathroom with double sink, large walk-in shower and towel radiator. Towels are included. The toilet is separate.
Nature and surroundings
Located on a dead end road in the yard where the owners also live, the nature house is detached and has a 20 m2 covered and fenced terrace at the back and a beautiful 250 m2 fenced garden at the front. With a terrace, lawn and colorful borders. From both terraces there is a beautiful view of the fields and forests all around. The owners manage their land, vegetable garden and gardens in a natural way. There is a small food forest under construction. On our property our horses walk in a paddock paradise, and pass by the garden of the cottage. There are also chickens, cats and our dogs. From the yard you can walk into the woods and there are several hiking and mountain biking routes. 5 minutes away is a large recreational lake Lac Pontcheral, with beach and restaurant. The lively village of Vigeois has a health center, restaurant, bars, supermarket and a bakery. In the summer there is a weekly night market.
