Peace, space and comfort On the site of a former farm, we are in the process of finishing a comfortable and cozy vacation home. The pictures give a nice impression of how the final result will be. The house has a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, ideal for extensive cooking. There is a shower and a separate toilet. The high, bright living room gives a wonderful spacious feeling and has a large sliding door that provides direct access to the garden. The master bedroom has French doors to the outside, while the second bedroom is furnished with two bunk beds - perfect for children or extra guests. Both bedrooms are equipped with a sink and ven for added comfort. Amenities include internet and a TV in both the living room and master bedroom. During colder periods, a pellet stove provides pleasant warmth. The house is well insulated. Outside you will enjoy a private garden, with outdoor fireplace, BBQ
Nature and surroundings
This vacation home is quiet and rural on 2 acres of land surrounded by fields and woods. Yet within a short time you are near stores, restaurants, a swimming lake and a swimming pool. Sometimes you can hear the farmer working in the fields, which adds to the authentic atmosphere. Bergerac and the airport (Rotterdam/Bergerac) are only 25 minutes away, while the Dordogne and the Lot can be reached in 30 minutes. The area offers plenty to see and do: impressive castles, mysterious caves, charming medieval villages and colorful markets. Join an evening at a local night market and sample local produce. There are hiking and biking trails in the area. And, of course, many wineries where to taste. Here you combine peace, nature, culture and fun all in one. Electric cars can be charged nearby at the intermarche.
