Peace, Space, and Comfort On the grounds of a former farm, we are in the final stages of completing a comfortable and charming vacation home. The photos offer a nice preview of what the final result will look like. The home features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, ideal for cooking elaborate meals. There is a shower and a separate toilet. The high-ceilinged, bright living room offers a wonderfully spacious feel and features a large sliding door that provides direct access to the garden. The master bedroom has French doors leading outside, while the second bedroom is furnished with two bunk beds—perfect for children or extra guests. Both bedrooms are equipped with a sink and a mirror for added comfort. Amenities such as internet and a TV are available in both the living room and the master bedroom. During colder months, a pellet stove provides cozy warmth. The home is well-insulated. Outside, you can enjoy a private garden with an outdoor fireplace and a BBQ.
Nature and surroundings
This vacation home is situated in a quiet, rural setting on a 2-hectare property, surrounded by fields and woods. Yet you’re just a short drive away from shops, restaurants, a swimming lake, and a swimming pool. Sometimes you can hear the farmer working in the fields, which adds to the authentic atmosphere. Bergerac and the airport (Rotterdam/Bergerac) are just 25 minutes away, while the Dordogne and the Lot are reachable in 30 minutes. The surrounding area offers plenty to see and do: impressive castles, mysterious caves, charming medieval villages, and colorful markets. Spend an evening at a local night market and sample the regional specialties. There are hiking and biking trails in the area. And, of course, many wineries where you can enjoy wine tastings. Here, you can combine peace and quiet, nature, culture, and fun all in one. Electric cars can be charged nearby at the Intermarché.

For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €250.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.
