House description Lower floor: living room with fireplace, sofa area and dining table / kitchen with gas fridge and gas stove (4 hotplates + oven) as well as classic wood stove // Upper floor: bedroom with double bed / children's room with bunk bed // Outdoor area: separate toilet house with dry toilet and shower, additional summer outdoor shower Detailed description: It is a cozy, traditional vacation home (50 m²) in a wonderfully idyllic secluded location! The house is very lovingly and comfortably furnished and offers space for 4 people. The house has no electricity, but is fully equipped accordingly: There is light in all rooms (battery or solar-powered) and the kitchen appliances are gas-powered.
Nature and surroundings
The river "Stangån" is approx. 900m away. There is a barbecue area here and you can go fishing and swimming from the rocks. Even more suitable for children is the beautiful bathing lake with beach 6 km away near "Rumskulla". For paddling tours on the river or at the lake there are 2 SUPs at your disposal! You can carry them to the river. You can take the Stand Up Paddle Boards in your car to the lake or other waters. It is an ideal starting point for excursions in the region! The nearest shopping facilities are in Mariannelund (13 km). Vimmerby, with its many stores and cafés and the "Astrid Lindgrens World" theme park, is only 20 km away. The famous "Katthult" from the stories of Michel from Lönneberga is only a few kilometers away and can also be reached with a beautiful walk through nature. For more extensive hiking tours, the fantastic "Sevedeleden" hiking trail runs close to the house.
