This apartment is the most luxurious apartment with us. Each bedroom has its own shower, sink and toilet. One of the two bedrooms has another terrace. The beds are 220x160. There is a loft with TV (streaming via Chromecast) and on the first floor is a spacious kitchen with freezer, large refrigerator, 6 burner induction hob, sink island with Quooker and dishwasher, microwave and bean coffee machine. In the sitting area there are 2 armchairs and two sofas by the fireplace. In the middle of the room is a large dining table for at least 10 people. There are in the house two high chairs and two camp beds for possible little ones. there is plenty of cutlery and crockery. There is a Starlink internet connection available.
Nature and surroundings
Outside the apartment you have plenty of seating areas at both the front and back of the house. A barbecue and an original Italian pizza oven are at your disposal. There are several fruit trees on the property and it is your intention to eat the ripe fruits. Friendly request to leave the lemons hanging.There are ample opportunities for hikers and mountain bikers is the area. Fantastic historic towns such as Perugia, Assisi, Gubio, Spello, Bevagna, Trevi, Montefalco and Todi are well worth a visit; not to mention the many fine restaurants and many wineries.
