Come enjoy this nature house, a small worker’s house located on our property, next to the old farmhouse. The house is equipped with all the modern conveniences you’d expect and will also charm you with its authentic details. You’ll enter into a cozy kitchen with a wood stove; on the first floor is the living room with a bedroom (bed: 160 cm x 200 cm); and in the attic is a beautiful, light-filled space with a second bedroom (bed: 140 cm x 190 cm). The toilet and the bathroom with shower are downstairs. Situated in a secluded spot on the hills, one kilometer from Gouttières and close to the Combrailles overlook near Chapelle de Montagard. Ideal for a peaceful stay, outdoor activities, and relaxation. Hiking, biking, reading a book, or lounging in the orchard; cooking or playing a game—the choice is yours, so just sit back and enjoy. You’ll return home feeling rested and recharged.
Nature and surroundings
The theme of Gouttières is its cats. In the village, you’ll see beautiful drawings and paintings by various artists that reflect this theme. You can take a walk along the route to find all the cats of Gouttières! At the village restaurant, La Table de Gouttières, you can enjoy a cup of coffee and/or a delicious meal. If you’re visiting our village in June, don’t forget to check out the market called Fête D’Art. For two days, the village is filled with art, and artists showcase their work. Highly recommended. Other activities and attractions nearby: Puy de Dôme and its panoramic train, Vulcania, the Lemptégy volcano, the Les Fades viaduct, Velorail, the Queuille meander, Lake Tanzanat, hiking, biking or mountain biking, swimming, rock climbing, fishing, visiting markets with local products and flea markets, or……….doing absolutely nothing. Again, it’s up to you.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
- Out of respect for nature: silence between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
- Not suitable for children under the age of 5.
- Minimum age of main booker: 23 years.
- Smoking is not allowed in this nature house.
- No fireworks are allowed at this Nature House.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- Waste separation is mandatory in this nature house.
