Vacation in the wild and romantic mountains of Lake Maggiore Italian Mediterranean and alpine at the same time South-facing house. Sunny. Old cozy farmhouse. Detached, car-free with garden and mountain views in the middle of untouched nature. Alpine mountains and Mediterranean plants such as figs and palm trees. Only accessible on foot approx. 15 minutes from the parking lot in Falmenta. Luggage must be transported with rucksacks. Suitcases are unsuitable. Comfortably heated with a wood-burning stove and electric heaters
Nature and surroundings
In addition to many hikes without a journey, hiking from the front door, our vacation homes invite you to linger, look, enjoy and relax. Our district Falmenta - Durone is many hundred years old and characterized by old stone houses, palm trees, chestnut trees and fig trees. Falmenta - Durone is car-free and can only be reached on foot. The largest nature reserve in the Alps, the Val Grande, can also be hiked from here.
