Domaine Ghislane, a renovated farmhouse with gite and pool overlooking the surrounding countryside. Spacious and bright, the farmhouse has a beautiful dining room with high ceilings and a kitchen with sliding glass doors to the terrace. When these are open, it is like being in the garden while cooking. The living room has a cathedral ceiling and fireplace. There is a utility room, a laundry room and a toilet. The master bedroom with double bed, has an ensuite bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, the bedroom with double bed, has an ensuite shower room, toilet and walk-in closet, the bedroom with double bed and single bed, toilet. The gite has a separate entrance and parking. The living room has beautiful high ceilings. There is an open plan fitted kitchen with bay windows opening onto the terrace and there is a sitting room. The bedroom has a double bed. Very bright bathroom with shower. Separate toilet. On the mezzanine is a second bedroom with 2 single beds.
Nature and surroundings
Grateloup is a small, quiet village in southwestern France, in the department of Lot-et-Garonne. A 10-minute drive from the house, is Tonneins, a charming town on the banks of the Garonne River with all amenities. You will find stores, bakeries, pharmacies and everything you need. The landscape of this region is beautiful. Many of the villages are on the banks of the river, with stone houses, vineyards and fields. It is very relaxing and touristy.Grateloup is close to cities like Marmande, Villeneuve-sur-Lot, Aiguillon, Agen, Toulouse and Bordeaux.Some places of interest: Lafitte sur Lot, on the banks of the Lot between Tonneins and Villeneuve-sur-Lot The farm and plum museum, Historical center of Clairac, also in Clairac is Lake Latapie, a fishing lake, the mill of Gorry, the Château des Vallons, the charm of Verteuil D'Agenais, descend to the beach and discover Castelmoron-sur-Lot from its most beautiful side and the bastide village of Laparade.
