We were lucky with beautiful sunny weather! With bad weather it is a bit more searching for "entertainment", we think.
We troffen het met mooi zonnig weer! Daardoor veel knooppuntroutes gefietst.
Met slecht weer is het wat meer zoeken naar "vertier", denken we.The rural setting is lovely; the farmers in the area are busy though; we did not find it disturbing to our peace and quiet. Lots of opportunity for cycling and enjoying the varied nature! The cottage is beautiful, tasteful and (almost) fully equipped; (we only miss a microwave to prepare simple food). Lovely shower and excellent beds. Sockets everywhere, which is very convenient. Lovely terrace facing south. Nice hostess, who welcomed us with tasty (bantam) eggs and orange donuts!!!!
De landelijke omgeving is heerlijk; de boeren in de omgeving zijn wel druk in de weer; wij vonden het niet storend voor onze rust. Veel gelegenheid om te fietsen en te genieten van de afwisselende natuur!
Het huisje is prachtig, smaakvol en van (bijna) alle gemakken voorzien; (we missen alleen een magnetron om eenvoudig eten te bereiden). Heerlijke douche en prima bedden. Overal stopcontacten, wat erg handig is.
