La Boisée—where nature, light, and comfort come together. Relax in the sauna, play a game of pool, enjoy the wild, wooded garden, or have a barbecue on the fire pit. After a relaxing walk or bike ride, enter through the spacious entry hall or the practical storage room. Then freshen up in one of the two bathrooms with walk-in showers. The home features a fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island (oven, combination oven/microwave, dishwasher, induction cooktop with integrated range hood, XXL SMEG refrigerator with freezer, and a Nespresso machine). A real showstopper is the bright, open living area with a vaulted ceiling. Combined with the large floor-to-ceiling windows, this creates a remarkably spacious feel and allows abundant natural light to flood in. The home is entirely on one level and features underfloor heating. None of the bedrooms open directly onto the living area. The four bedrooms are also equipped with screens. On Sundays, you can enjoy a late check-out at 8:00 p.m.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
A deposit of €250.00 applies. You will be refunded after check-out.
