Our nature house is an attractive apartment attached to our own finca, located on a vast estate in the middle of nature. You will stay among ancient Mediterranean holm oaks, fruit trees and rich, flowering vegetation. From the finca you have a phenomenal view over the mountains and in the distance you can see the sea at Cap Martí-Javea. The energy of this place is special: serene, quiet and relaxing. At night you are treated to unprecedentedly clear starry skies. On the estate you will find a nice children's playground and an impressive old mother oak with a large swing. There is also a yoga and fitness room with gym equipment and an ergometer. The finca is completely climate-neutral and off-the-grid: with solar panels, a rainwater collection with filtration system and a wood stove for the colder days. A place where you slow down, recharge and feel connected to nature and space.
Nature and surroundings
The estate borders directly on the Camí del Collao, a well-known climb among cyclists. The area is also a true hiking paradise. Nearby is one of the most beautiful hiking trails of the Costa Blanca: the 'Catedral del Senderismo', better known as the route of the 6,000 steps. This area is a walhalla for hikers and cyclists, but also for those seeking peace and quiet. Its space, silence and privacy make it a popular place for yoga and creative people. Apart from a few scattered hunting huts there are no direct neighbors. Nature is rich and unspoiled: you can encounter hares, bucks and wild boars, and impressive griffon vultures regularly soar high above the valley. The finca is located in La Vall de Laguar, in the idyllic mountainous area of Marina Alta, the village of Benimaurell is 10 minutes away (by car); and a delicious lunch restaurant 3 minutes up the road! The beaches of Dénia are about 30 km away. Both the airport of Alicante and Valencia at ca 1,5 hours.
