In a hilly, wide-open landscape, on the little river Séoune lies the complex. One of the many water mills in the rural area of the Tarn et Garonne. It is an old place with a Romanesque church and a small cemetery. When you arrive over the bridge over the Seoune River, you can see the main building with its locks and two outbuildings. The buildings have been restored under architecture. In Moulin St Livrade you have peace and quiet, it is an excellent place for walking, cycling, cooking, writing, making. Nature and surroundings
The site is about 1.5 ha in size and is divided by the river into 2 long "pie slices". In the middle a public path crosses and here the three buildings are situated in a wide landscape. Natural swimming water: in summer the basin is an ideal natural swimming water. The water level is regulated through sluices. Near the bridge is and private beach, ideal for small children. In all seasons it is good to stay. Summers are warm, winters are mild. The area is quiet and mostly unknown to the average French person. The hills and river valleys give a varied picture with beautiful panoramas, ideal for cycling and walking. Every day (except Wednesdays) you buy delicious fresh bread in the village of Touffailles, nearest shopping is in pilgrim village Lauzerte. Larger towns: Moissac, Valance. Toulouse at 1 hour drive.
