The cottage is approximately 200 square meters and has two floors. The house was lovingly renovated in 2025. The materials used include old wood that has been sandblasted and stones from the mountains. The furniture is in a style that complements the house. The fireplace is electric and provides additional heat. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic stove, a range hood, a microwave, and tableware for 6 people; fondue and raclette sets are provided. From the windows, you can see the Grindelwald mountain scenery. The bedrooms are on the upper floor and feature two large double beds and a double trundle bed. There is also an outdoor hot tub that can be used year-round. Bathrobes, slippers, and pool towels are provided for your use. The bathroom features a walk-in shower. Shower gel, shampoo, and a hair dryer are provided.
Nature and surroundings
The house is surrounded by nature, and there are no neighbors nearby. You can observe local wildlife (chamois, deer, roe deer, badgers, foxes, martens, squirrels, etc.) right next to the house. Wild birds include the buzzard, which circles above the house, as well as the red kite and various other species. There’s also a bird feeder right next to the house for our local birds. On clear nights, you can enjoy stargazing from the pool. Anyone who enjoys wild plants is welcome to gather their own tea outdoors. The house has an outdoor grill and plenty of space to relax. It’s located right next to the hiking trail and the ski slope. The changing seasons also bring different plays of light in nature.
