Welcome to our cozy 25m2 Tiny house with wooden interior and wood stove! Thanks to the large windows and from the bed box you have a beautiful view over the Achterhoek scenery. The cozy box bed has a mattress of 180x200 cm with two comforters. The house is well insulated and is heated by an air conditioner that can heat and cool (the bathroom has no separate heating). In the winter months you can use the Jotul wood stove for a small fee. There is a Nespresso machine, kettle, fridge freezer and toaster. There is also a 1-burner stove with two pans, with which you can heat soup or boil eggs, for example. The cottage has wifi and a Bose bluetooth speaker. A practical tip: the cottage is 1.77 m on the low side and the bathroom door is 1.95 m high.
Nature and surroundings
At night it is still really dark here and with a little luck you can hear the call of an owl! Directly from the cottage and in the surrounding area are many opportunities for walking and cycling. You are near such estates as Hackfort, the Kieftskamp and Velhorst, the 8-castle village Vorden, the Pieterpad and various cycling nodes. From May to September (Thurs & Fri) is the garden of estate De Wiersse a must. Next to us in the summer pick garden De Keet is open. Hanseatic towns Zutphen and Doesburg are always worth a visit! Bicycles can be rented in Vorden. The Tiny house is on our property where we live with our daughter of 10 and our cheerful border collie. You can park your car in the private parking lot next to the house. In summer, the shade of the oak trees keeps the house nice and cool. There is a terrace facing northeast where you can sit outside in nice weather. In the summer there is sun on the terrace in the second half of the afternoon.
