Comfortable, modern and large apartment (60m2) for active holidaymakers CENTRALLY in Carinthia. OUR MOTTO: DISCOVER-EXPERIENCE-EASY IN THE HEART OF CARINTHIA! THE APARTMENT: On the second floor of our house, at the foot of the beautiful Nockbergen, we rent out a light and spacious apartment rebuilt in 2022 of 60 m² with sunny balconies on the side and back. Here you can enjoy the sun all day - and on nice winter days even with a jacket on! 1 very spacious bedroom with double box-spring bed 1 small bedroom with single bed Fully and modern equipped kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer kettle and nespresso machine and further all necessary cooking utensils. Cozy living room with view, comfortable sofa and TV with satellite reception Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet Private entrance via stairs from the central hall Sunny balcony on two sides, short side shade from 12 o'clock, long side facing south.
Nature and surroundings
Our house is in the Drautal, an agricultural area centrally located between three hiking and skiing areas, each about 30 minutes away: In the summer you can get on your bike in no time, because the Drauradweg runs almost in front of the door. Within 15 minutes you are at the Millstätter See (Döbriach) and fifteen minutes away are either the Ossiacher- and Faaker See for swimming, boating or terraces. Italy (Tarvisio), and beautiful Slovenia (Kranjska Gora) can be reached within 30 minutes. Directly behind our house already begins a beautiful hiking trail for advanced hikers. We live at the foot of the Nock Mountains. But you can also make small walks of an hour through the valley. Very nice is fifteen minutes from us up the mountain to the barrier and then a day trip to the Mirnock, with on the way back a refreshment at the authentic and not tourist Ginger Hütte. CAUTION: AT 200 METERS LOOPS A TRAIN. YOU CAN HEAR THE TRAIN ON THE BALCONY AND EVEN IF YOU SLEEP WITH THE WINDOWS OPEN. AND: WE HAVE A GOLDEN RETRIEVER!
