The nature house is located at 500 meters altitude at the end of a good dirt road in the green with breathtaking mountain views. On the second floor are the 2 bedrooms and living room. Each bedroom has a double bed. Room Lavenda has an ensuite bathroom and room Rosa (ID number 86220) has a private bathroom on the ground floor. Each room has high-speed internet and its own TV. Both rooms give access to the balcony with a cozy seating area.On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, gas stove, large fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and microwave.On the terrace there is a spacious lounge set, an outdoor table and a hot tub. There are 4 sun loungers and plenty of places to seek sun or shade. The accommodation is equipped with bed, bath and kitchen linen. There are ample parking facilities. There is currently a plan for a swimming pool. It is expected to be realized before the summer.
Nature and surroundings
Surrounded by greenery on 4 hectares of land where you can completely relax and enjoy the singing of birds, the typical sound of cicadas and a gentle breeze through the trees. Here you will find no streets, no cars and no neighbors.Directly from the house you can go hiking and mountain biking.The distance to the coast is 25 kilometers and through the coastal road you can easily reach the famous seaside resorts Spotorno, Noli and Finale Ligure.Do not forget to visit Le Langhe in Piedmont with its delicious white, red and rosé wines from famous vineyards and of course the famous Barolo. There is also plenty to do culturally in the cities such as Genoa with its museums and historic buildings and in small medieval picturesque villages along the coast but also inland there is something for everyone. Also a mountain hike in the Maritime Alps is one of the sporting possibilities and back again relaxing in the hot tub with jet stream.
