On the outskirts of Montaigu le Blin, one of the most beautiful villages in the Allier (Auvergne), you will find this old little church. The church has been transformed into an idyllic and unique sleeping place. The king-size bed is movable. You can slide it into an enclosed Lady Chapel or place it in the middle of the church. The bathroom has a rain shower and sink. The toilet is a separate room. The kitchen has an electric stove, refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle. The church features a garden divided into two pieces of(... sqm) with several terraces. You can enjoy the privacy, the beautiful views and the setting sun.
Nature and surroundings
The village of 300 inhabitants has six castles, an authentic square and several restaurants. An ideal environment for walking or cycling. In this unexplored, sparsely populated area, the hiker and cyclist are part of the landscape. The rivers Allier and Besbre provide a biotope for some 280 bird species, which is unique in the world. On Sundays, there are several flea markets in the surrounding villages.
