Welcome to our charming cottage, overlooking meadows and fields. The view and the space around the vacation house radiate tranquility and often you get the company of the animals in the meadow for free. The nature house is an outbuilding in wood frame, and you can feel it.... The wood stove completes the warm feeling. The morning and evening terrace, the ecological garden and the open fire BBQ are all yours. The first floor (70 m2) consists of an open kitchen, living and sitting area. The double bedroom is directly connected to the bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet. The mezzanine has a double bed and 2 pull-out single beds. We will be happy to make the beds for you. We also live on the property, so we can be reached for any questions. We have several high chairs and a changing table available. After unloading, you can park your car on a private parking lot away from the street.

From the cottage you have lots of light and so a view of the surrounding fields and meadows. You can enjoy both sunrise and sunset. Located in the middle of the West Flemish heartland, the cottage is very centrally located. The many coastal cities, as well as Bruges, Roeselare, Torhout, Ghent, Ypres, Brussels, etc. are easily accessible. There are several hiking and cycling routes in the area. Yoni January 1, 2026 General rating:We really enjoyed staying with Marleen and Jean Pierre. It felt a bit like coming home to family. Feeding sheep along, playing in the yard with the dog or with the gocar were assets for the children. We stayed inside quietly enjoying ... and together we did a city visit and a walk in the neighborhood. Stores nearby. Lovely for a few days of rest and enjoyment, thanks!
We hebben heel graag vertoefd bij Marleen en Jean Pierre. Het voelde een beetje als thuis komen bij familie. Mee schapen eten geven, spelen op het erf met de hond of met de gocar waren troeven voor de kinderen. Wij bleven rustig binnen genieten.. en samen deden we een stadsbezoekje en een wandeling in de buurt. Winkels dichtbij. Heerlijk voor een paar dagen rust en genieten, bedankt!
