What a lovely place! Peaceful and with a beautiful garden. Cute animals in the yard, though the rooster in the morning took some getting used to. Enjoyed watching the cows graze from the couch. Friendly owners.
The cottage was clean, and the kitchen was well-stocked with enough dishes and pots. The fridge could have been a bit bigger, but that’s also because we do our grocery shopping for several days at a time.
Centrally located for Bruges, Blankenberge, Roeselare, Ypres, Zonnebeke, and Ghent. Due to family circumstances, we unfortunately had to head home a few days early, so we weren’t able to do everything we’d planned. We didn’t get to see Ghent yet, nor did we take the coastal train.
