We are currently working hard to complete and furnish an all new safari tent. New for rental from April 2026, the luxury comfort safari tent is located on the south-eastern edge of the tree-lined yard which provides a unique sense of privacy and a beautiful view. The comfortable tent is equipped for 4 people and features a sunny deck, private bathroom, kitchenette and a stove. Enjoy the sunrise, go swimming in the Hilgelo, start a fire and relax in the lounge just in front of the tent. Children will have endless fun in the yard. There is a swing, a slide, a large trampoline. There are go-karts and plenty of trails to explore.
Nature and surroundings
Den Deter is located in the Winterswijk National Landscape in the hamlet of Meddo. Winterswijk is a pleasant village for shopping and a bite to eat. Both the shopping and the catering offer is large. Cycling. The beautiful scenery alternates between meadows and forests. The most beautiful farms, streams, water mills and heathland. The endless cycle paths make it wonderfully relaxing to enjoy a beautiful ride.
