This attractive, bright and completely detached nature house is located on a generous plot of 2300 m² in the outskirts of Emst, right on the edge of the Veluwe. Perfect for families looking for space, nature lovers and anyone wanting to escape the hustle and bustle.Inside you will enjoy the modern decor, lots of natural light and the warmth of the wood stove. With three bedrooms, the house is perfect for families (max. 6 people). Unique is the separate corner with two desks. This space makes it ideal for those who want to work remotely and combine productivity with relaxation. Outside, the large, green plot beckons with a lovely covered terrace. Here you are truly away from the crowd.
Nature and surroundings
Our house is located right on the edge of the Veluwe, in rural and quiet Emst (Municipality of Epe). Here you will experience complete privacy and silence. The location is sublime: from your front door you walk or cycle directly into the vast forests and moors of National Park the Veluwe. The cycling network of the Veluwe starts right near the house. You step out the door and easily choose your route, from short, rural rounds to long day trips across the heathland. The area is known as one of the best places in the Netherlands for wildlife spotting (deer, boar). The local environment is characterized by agriculture and nature, with grazing horses and sheep nearby.For trips, the location is ideal. The cozy center of Epe and Vaassen and the cultural city of Apeldoorn (with the Apenheul and Palace Het Loo) are just a short drive away. It is the perfect base to quietly combine nature and culture in Gelderland.
