Ancient floor and a climb to the second floor that is well worth it: with a view of the pine trees and the sunset. The apartment is quaint, cozy, genuine and romantic. Just like Umbria. On 56 m² you have a living/dining room, a small kitchen, a bedroom with a four-poster bed and a bathroom with a new shower. The apartment has air conditioning. Right outside your front door you have a small table for your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening - with a view of the beautiful landscape. All our apartments are individually furnished. We have lovingly combined old furniture with high-quality new furniture, taking into account the different character of the interiors. Our 6 x 12m saltwater pool is located above the two houses and from the pool terrace you have a wonderful distant view. Through two old olive trees you can see the wonderful expanse of the Umbrian countryside.
Nature and surroundings
We are at the end of the road in an absolutely quiet, secluded location. You fall asleep in the evening to the sound of crickets and wake up in the morning to the sound of birdsong. Our site is on a slope and faces west. Fantastic sunsets are guaranteed. There are around 200 olive trees on the 5.5 hectare property from which we extract our own oil using traditional methods. You can move freely around the entire property. Sometimes it is a bit steep, but there is always a flat, shady spot or a bench to rest under the olive trees scattered around our land. There is a lot to discover in the area. Cities such as Perugia, Montepulciano and Assisi are within easy reach, but small gems such as Panicale, Paciano and Citta della Pieve are also close by. We are close to the beautiful Lake Trasimeno, which is perfect for excursions with its villages of Castiglione del Lago and Passignano.
