In the heart of the Dordogne is our lovely Nature House with pool. Peace, space and panoramic views. Large garden with fruit trees and piece of forest with seats and table tennis table. Old barns for storage of garden tools. In front of the house on the terrace under the beautiful linden tree (le Tilleuil) there is seating for 10 people and there is a barbeque. By the pool there are sun loungers and an abri with a sitting area and an outdoor shower. There is complete privacy. The house has a steep driveway and there is parking for min. 3 cars. The house has a large living room with fireplace, TV and internet and wifi. The kitchen has all appliances and a large dining table with 10 chairs and 2 high chairs. Downstairs there are 3 bedrooms with double beds and each with 2 mattresses. Upstairs there is a room-en-suite with a double bed with 2 mattresses and in the adjoining room there are 2 single beds. There are three bathrooms with walk-in showers, sink and toilet. A car is required.
Nature and surroundings
The surroundings are beautiful due to the two rivers Vezere and Dordogne, which converge in Limieul. Strolling through unique places like Monpazier, Belves, Sarlat, Buisson de Caduin, Le Bugue, Beynac et Cazenac, Saint Cyprien, Les Eyzies, all reachable within 30 minutes. Castles, caves, markets, stores, everything to do. Bike rentals, canoe trips, games at castles, prehistoric encounters, tennis, golf , playground, etc all close by. Come by plane from the Netherlands via Rotterdam / The Hague airport to Bergerac in 1.5 hours and by (rental) car in less than 35 minutes drive to the house. We go for the sporty riders this year not too much in traffic jams so we rent the weeks from Sunday to Sunday. Also a bit more environmentally friendly.
