Whether it’s a romantic getaway for two, a girls’ weekend, or some wonderful time alone, you’ll wake up surrounded by trees, sip coffee on your own deck, and hear nothing but birdsong and the rustling of the wind. This cottage is a delightful getaway in every season, both indoors and outdoors. Your nature house features a luxurious bathroom, a comfortable bed, air conditioning/heating, coffee and tea, a projector for movie nights, and an honesty bar. Outside, you can cook in the outdoor kitchen. Peace, luxury, and nature—all at your own pace. Customize your stay however you like with the optional breakfast add-on (20 euros per person per night) and the 3-hour private wellness package, where the wellness garden—complete with a hot tub, sauna, and relaxation area—is all yours. (115 per 3 hours) This is the Night Blue cottage; our Forest Green cottage is listed in a separate ad. They have the same layout, just a different interior color scheme.

There are beautiful hiking trails, bike paths, or you can go for a walk with a donkey. Just a 40-minute drive from the city of Groningen. A 20-minute drive from Thermen Bad Nieuweschans A 20-minute drive from the fortified town of Bourtange The cottage is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, a milk frother with whole milk or oat milk, and fresh tea—all included in your stay. You can also help yourself to the honesty bar, which offers soft drinks, juices, beer, wine, and snacks. There are no cooking facilities, but there is tableware, a cutting board, and so on, so you can make a sandwich or salad, for example, as well as a cool outdoor kitchen where you can fry, cook, or barbecue. Turn your cottage into a mini movie theater with the projector for cozy movie nights!

If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount. After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:

• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refunded
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refunded
• on the day of arrival or later: no refund
