Cozy cottage of 100m² in a cul-de-sac, in the middle of the Ardennes Regional Nature Park.The cottage is located on a slight slope, has 2 floors and an attic.The upper floor consists of a bright living room with open kitchen, stove and lounge. Furthermore, there is 1 bedroom with double bed (180x200cm) overlooking the green. Next to the bedroom there is a bathroom with double sink and shower, and a separate toilet. The lower floor has 1 bedroom with a double bed (180x200cm). Here too there is an adjoining bathroom with large sink and shower, and a separate toilet. On this floor there is also the entrance hall with staircase and a room with checkroom and storage. Extra garden furniture and outdoor toys such as volleyball net, number bubble, balls, badminton, baseball... can also be found here. The attic is set up as a sleeping and relaxation area. There are 2 single beds each with a sleeping slide (90x200cm). It is a cozy space where children/teens can play, watch TV, chill,...
Nature and surroundings
Cozy cottage in the green surrounded by forests and meadows. Dark, quiet nights with lots of chances of bright starry skies. In the wild garden you will find many trees and open grassy areas where you can play, rest, read,.... The high swing in the old cherry tree and the trapeze and swinging rope in the big walnut tree provide fun in the garden. Adjacent is a large play forest where camps can be built to your heart's content. The many fruit trees provide natural shade. At the house there are two terraces, on one there is the morning sun and on the other the afternoon and evening sun. With the fire bowl on the terrace, a cozy evening is guaranteed. If you prefer to sit by a fire deeper in the garden, you can do so in the back of the fire pit, close to the meadow. The area is ideal for nature lovers: hiking, MTB'ing, swimming, bird and game spotting, .... But it is also the perfect place to unwind and enjoy together.
