Welcome to our nice B&B; it is outside and ordinary, makes in Frisian: Bûtengewoan (ordinary but fully equipped and has its own entrance!). The place, albeit still in full development, breathes peace and space. The B&B has a living room with kitchen, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The B&B is located in the middle of the countryside. On this same plot is our private home: a forest farmhouse built in 1900. The view is fantastic and with a little luck you can see the deer walking, a squirrel or buzzards flying overhead. Besides our own 4 bantam chickens and 2 cats, which cozy around in the large garden. Nijeholtpade is located near the larger towns Heerenveen, Oosterwolde and Wolvega, but also near more tourist places like Oranjewoud, Beetsterzwaag, Giethoorn, Blokzijl and Appelscha. There are also many nature reserves in the area: for example, Rottige Meenthe, Weerribben and the Drents Friese Wold. There is plenty of opportunity for cycling, hiking, culture, water sports and more. Thialf IJsstadion and the Abe Lenstra Stadium are about 12 km away.

Vriendelijke en behulpzame verhuurders. Het huisje was compleet ingericht. Prima bedden! We komen graag nog een keer terug.
