Nature house in Smalle Ee

Surrounded by the peaceful Frisian meadows, you’ll find our brand-new guesthouse, which sleeps 6 people. You’ll have the entire house exclusively for your group, with a private entrance, private driveway, and a private garden of 1,000 m². Downstairs is where you’ll come together: cooking, enjoying long meals, and spending evenings together in the sitting area with the sliding door open. Upstairs are three equally spacious bedrooms, each with a Sonos audio system, a coffee maker, and a private bathroom with a rain shower—so everyone has their own space. Outside, you can enjoy the sauna, several terraces, and the cozy private garden room with panoramic views of the expansive meadows. In the summer, you can slide the glass walls all the way open; in the winter, you’ll stay nice and warm—it’s a wonderful place to be all year round. Dogs are welcome! For smaller four-legged friends, there’s a fenced-in area in the garden. The house runs on its own electricity from the solar panels on the roof; you can charge your electric vehicle at our charging station (€0.35/kWh). Four parking spaces are available.

The small village (45 residents) of Smalle Ee is rich in history and nestled among the Frisian waters and hiking trails. With a little luck, you’ll wake up surrounded by roe deer. Right from your doorstep, you can step straight into the Frisian countryside, where you’ll find countless biking and hiking trails. The small swimming beach at Smalle Ee is just a 10-minute walk away. The surrounding area is perfect for taking your dog on a walk through nature.
