Welcome to a bright and authentic 25 m² wooden cabin, designed for a retreat in the heart of nature. Its cozy atmosphere combines modern comfort with a wild spirit: a fully equipped kitchen, a warm living area, a contemporary bathroom, and pure spring water. Powered entirely by solar energy, it invites you to enjoy a sustainable and soothing experience. Self-sufficient, with a dry toilet and a phytopurification system, the cabin reconnects you with what truly matters. Without a TV, you can savor the tranquility, the evening light, the moonlight, or the starry sky, lulled by the whisper of the forest.
Nature and surroundings
Nestled in the heart of 4 hectares of forest in the Montagne Noire, the cabin offers a rare opportunity to immerse yourself in nature: deer, birds, salamanders, chestnuts, and mushrooms, depending on the season. Settle into the lounge chairs, enjoy the vegetable garden and greenhouse, and stroll among the scents of thyme, rosemary, and fresh mint. The surrounding area is full of hiking trails, mountain bike trails, and places to explore: Haut-Languedoc Regional Park, the City of Carcassonne, the Minervois vineyards, the “book village” of Montolieu, and the pink marble quarries of Caunes-Minervois. A peaceful retreat, accessible via a forest trail, where we ensure your tranquility while tending to the garden. 20 minutes from Caunes-Minervois, 40 minutes from Carcassonne. Grocery store, bar, and restaurant in the village (2.5 km via a forest trail), and a local farmers’ market once a week from May through October.

Free cancellation within 7 days of your booking confirmation, provided the booking request was made more than 28 days before the start date. For bookings starting within 28 days, free cancellation applies within 24 hours. If you cancel within the specified period, you are entitled to a full refund of the booking amount.
After that, you will receive a partial refund of the trip cost and a 100% refund of the deposit:
• Up to 42 days before arrival: 70% refund
• 42–28 days before arrival: 40% refund
• 28 days through the day of arrival: 10% refund
• On the day of arrival or later: no refund
- Out of respect for nature: silence between 11:30 PM and 6:00 AM.
- Minimum age of main booker: 18 years.
- Smoking is not allowed in this nature house.
- No fireworks are allowed at this Nature House.
- No parties or events are allowed.
- This nature house is not suitable for groups of young people, students and sports teams.
- Waste separation is mandatory in this nature house.
