Villa La Selva is a private hilltop olive farm on a 30-hectare estate above Marliana, between Florence and Pisa. Surrounded by olive trees, woodland and birdsong, the house offers wide views over the hills near Montecatini Terme and complete privacy – no neighbours right next door, just nature. The stone villa has around 270 m² of space with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a bright living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside you’ll find a 10×5 m private pool, a large terrace with dining table and lounge area, and many corners to sit in the sun or shade. It’s a quiet place to read, cook, swim or simply watch the light change over the hills. The estate is criss-crossed by paths through olive groves and woodland. From the house you can explore the surrounding nature on foot, or make day trips to the thermal town of Montecatini Terme, the forests above Marliana, or further to Lucca, Florence and the Tuscan coast. A car is essential: the last stretch is a typical Tuscan count
