On the edge of a private 3-hectare lake, in the heart of a vast forest at Moulin de Lapeyre in Saint-Estèphe in the Dordogne, discover a 25-hectare estate featuring two magnificent gîtes: Chalet sur l'eau and Maison du Meunier. You'll appreciate the chalet's terrace overlooking the lake, its panoramic view, the absolute calm of the estate and the comfort offered by both gîtes: 6 double bedrooms, 6 shower rooms with 6 WCs, 2 fully-equipped kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 spacious terraces and laundry rooms. You can share your meals on the Chalet's large terrace overlooking the lake, or in the Maison du Meunier's spacious living room. The chalet is air-conditioned and has a double bedroom with an adapted shower room, accessible for wheelchair users. Linen, beds made up on arrival, towels and essential products are provided for your comfort. 2 pets are welcome. WIFI, 5 parking spaces at your disposal.
Nature and surroundings
The estate extends over 25 hectares of unspoilt countryside, with a private 3-hectare lake ideal for water-based activities (2 canoes are available), forest walks, bike rides, discovering the rich biodiversity of the region, as well as peaceful times at the water's edge, including no-kill fishing. Only 2 minutes from the estate, you can enjoy a swim in July and August at the Grand Étang de Saint-Estèphe, the largest lake in the Dordogne. Our site is also the starting point for exploring the cultural treasures of the Périgord: picturesque villages, majestic castles, mysterious caves and gourmet markets await you. We'll give you all the addresses you need for an unforgettable stay.
