The Mas Brunet is a former natural stone farmhouse with 3 gîtes located on 18 hectares of private land (woods and meadows). The gîte 6 persons is located freely. There is a private entrance to the gîte. The house is fully equipped. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher. Washing machine, refrigerator with freezer. Central heating and wood stove in winter. Garden chairs, parasol and barbecue in summer. Thanks to the thick walls it stays cool downstairs. We ourselves live in the main house (50 meters away). We have lived here since 1976 ! It is a great quiet area. Here you can also look at the stars !
Nature and surroundings
The cottage is located 3 km from the village of Trébas. Trébas is located on the river Tarn, great for swimming and canoeing. There is also a footpath to the village (1 km). In Trébas are all kinds of amenities : bakery, grocery, butcher, 2 restaurants., doctor, pharmacy, tennis court, petanque grounds. There are footpaths everywhere. Mas Brunet is near a hiking trail (Chemin des Sources). Visit the city of Albi (Patrimoine mondial de l'Unesco) and the many beautiful villages along the river Tarn : Ambialet, Brousse le Château.
