This rustic family house consists of two authentic lodgings: 1. A main house with living room , including kitchen and dining table and upstairs a double bedroom with sink and toilet. With a small modern bathroom accessible from outside. 2. A separate guest house with downstairs bedroom with double bed and modern bathroom and upstairs bedroom with two single beds The house has been in our possession for over 50 years and we experience it as a paradise. In recent years the plumbing has been modernized and a swimming pool has been added. The pool has an alarm but no fence around it. It is a detached house. There is a French and Spanish speaking house manager in the village.
Nature and surroundings
There is forest in the immediate vicinity where you can walk and you can regularly encounter deer. There are too many highlights to mention separately such as castles, medieval towns, the Dordogne River (15-20 min drive). But there is a folder in the house with all the sights in the area. There are no stores in the village. The nearest bakery is 4 km and there are some large supermarkets in Gourdon 10 km away.
