This nature house is a beautifully renovated Istrian stone villa, situated on a private plot of no less than 5000 m² - an oasis of peace and space. The villa combines authentic charm with modern comfort and can accommodate eight guests. Inside there is a warm atmosphere thanks to the characteristic stone walls and wooden details. The spacious living room with pool table and dartboard is the heart of the house, while the fully equipped kitchen and dining area invite cozy dinners. There are four comfortable bedrooms, including a master bedroom with balcony, and two bathrooms - one with shower and one with bathtub. Outside, a large swimming pool with sun loungers, a manicured garden and a barbecue area await for relaxing evenings. For children there is a playground with swing, slide and volleyball net. Here you will enjoy privacy, comfort and pure Istrian quality of life.
Nature and surroundings
The environment of the nature house exudes tranquility, nature and authenticity. Located among green hills, vineyards and olive groves, this is the perfect place to completely escape from everyday life. In just a few minutes' drive you can reach the charming old town of Labin, with its narrow streets, cafes and artists' studios. The beautiful beaches of Rabac, famous for their crystal clear waters, are about 15 kilometers away - ideal for swimming, snorkeling or just enjoying the sun. Nature lovers will enjoy the Učka Nature Park, with hiking trails and panoramic views of the Kvarner Bay. For a cultural trip, the impressive Pula Amphitheater and the historic Brijuni Islands are within reach. The villa's location offers the best of both worlds: complete tranquility in the midst of nature while providing quick access to the sea, city and culture.
