Recent wooden chalet at 1000m altitude on the edge of a forest, with 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and modern, comfortable facilities, including a fully-equipped kitchen, living room and games room. With 250 m2 of living space, it is a restful retreat in the heart of the Vosges mountains, close to a lake and a ski resort, with a large terrace offering panoramic views over the Moselotte Valley and the commune of La Bresse. Parking for 5 cars, garage for bikes and motorcycles, playground for children and adults (volleyball, soccer, petanque, children's swing, ping pong.) 8-seater Finnish grill cottage for grilling with friends and large outdoor terrace Outdoor Finnish spa (summer only). Gravel access from the road (over 300 meters through the forest), snow-cleared in winter. Despite a little difficulty getting there, the final view is surprising.
Nature and surroundings
Chalet overlooking the tourist town of La Bresse (cinema, swimming pool, skating rink, bowling alley, paragliding, acro-branches, etc.), close to downhill and cross-country ski resorts, the gite is the starting point for numerous walks, bike rides and horseback rides on signposted itineraries. You have easy access to local activities: pottery, distillery, candy factory, goat dairy, clog maker, sawmill, etc. It's a place of rest and relaxation specially designed for family and friends, surrounded by nature and animals (deer, roe deer, stags, often visible on the property). Private grounds of 2 hectares.
