Cozy chalet in private forest Come relax in our wooden chalet in 1.2ha of private forest in the wooded region of Nassogne. This chalet is cozy and equipped with 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6 in total), cozy living room with wood stove, an indoor bathroom (with shower) and outdoor bathroom (bath and shower), toilet, equipped kitchen, spacious terrace and lots of outdoor (play) space. There is a beautiful view over the valley and a campfire place. And above all: peace, quiet and nature, closed off from the outside world. 1 closed bedroom with three single beds (bunk bed system) 1 mezzanine with a double bed (1m60) - stairs not suitable for less mobile people 1 'nest' with a double bed (less suitable for tall people) - idem note stairs 1 kitchen, 1 living room with wood stove, 1 bathroom inside with shower, 1 bathroom outside with bath and shower, 1 toilet, no dishwasher (is an off-grid house), 1 heat pump No shoes inside please; best bring slippers/slippers! 1.2ha private forest; deer, foxes, raccoons, squirrels, ... they all pass through our forest, visible through the window of the chalet! View on the valley of Ambly; Direct start of hiking trails (GR and others) along the house, street ends in a forest path; Nature reserves Nassonia and Great Forest of Saint-Hubert; Cities of Rochefort and Marche-en-Famenne close by. Provincial Domain of Chevetogne close by. A cat named Mango lives on our property. The cat is not allowed inside the house (but sometimes tries), so we kindly ask not to bring pets in our chalet. 2.2 km from Rochefort-Jemelle station (via hiking trail) Supermarkets (Colruyt, Spar, Carrefour, Delhaize, ...) and local stores (butcher, baker, organic stores) nearby.

Nature, peace & environment:It was incredible. We had a magical Christmas! Tight quarters, but that's part of the charm too. Everything is there and well equipped, buen heated. Just perfect! And the owners are very friendly and approachable. See you soon!
